minissdpd software package provides keep memory of all UPnP devices that announced themselves, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install minissdpd
minissdpd is installed in your system.
Make ensure the minissdpd package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep minissdpd *
You will get with minissdpd package name, version, architecture and description in a table
